1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using Coreflow ("the service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses Coreflow.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Coreflow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for use in the recruitment industry. The service includes tools for managing candidates, clients, pipelines, communications, and related workflows accessible via web browser.
3. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
To use the service, you must create an account. You agree to:Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.Maintain and promptly update your account information.Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.Notify us immediately at info@core-flow.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts created by automated means are prohibited.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the service to:Violate any applicable local, state, national, or federal law or regulation.Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, its servers, or any system connected to it.Introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code.Use the service for spam, unsolicited communications, or any form of automated scraping.Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the service without our written consent.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
Access to Coreflow requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.If payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until outstanding amounts are resolved.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and interface design — are owned by Coreflow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the service without our express written permission.
7. DATA AND PRIVACY
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our , which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.You are solely responsible for the legality of any personal data you input into the service, including candidate and client information. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to process such data within Coreflow.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties may have access to confidential information of the other. Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. DISCLAIMERS
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coreflow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Coreflow in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coreflow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. TERMINATION
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at info@core-flow.io or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
